My Advice: How to Win in Elections

This author does not have the heart to write a Guide Book like:

MANUAL OF WINNING IN ELECTION FOR DUMMIES
ELECTION VICTORY GUIDE FOR IDIOTS

However, a wonderful university also called the Marooners, produced very conscientious alumni that researched and developed since the time of lady president Corazon Cojuangco Aquino in 1986 an electoral campaign technique that when applied in elections, guarantees the win of the candidate. How good is that?

Their track record consists of the election of the following dummies and never-heard would-be politicians

• a Councilor in a large city of national capital region - Metropolitan Manila. Councilor also used same technique and was elected Congressman of that city.
• a virtual unknown, a lawyer from Manila, who ran and won as provincial Governor in his province. Governor ran for two other terms and was re-elected. Then ran ran and won a seat to the House of Representatives.
• other major winners in small towns in Bulacan, a Luzon and Eastern Mindanao province as well as winners for small positions such as Provincial Board Member, Sangguniang Bayan Member.

But what happens if you discard the continuance of the use of the technology or did not use the same even if you are a winnable in your locale? You lose. This happened to a prospective  client from the most important city of the national capital region; a potential client from an adjacent city also in Metro Manila; the third from Zambales coastal; and so on and so forth.
